UST Frequency Filter Putter

The all-new Frequency Filtered™ putter shaft is all about feel. And if you like to feel every putt, then you are about to feel real good. This radically new putter shaft is designed to significantly improve the ability of all golfers to perceive or feel where ball impact occurs on the face. This instantaneous feedback results in improved putting ability since the golfer learns to consistently stroke more putts on the sweet spot of the putter. Feel becomes clearer and so does the confidence to make solid contact to sink more putts.

The big idea is similar to the tuning performance of a quality digital stereo system. When listening to a radio, any static noise will interfere with the sound quality, but, when dialed-in, a good stereo system filters out the static noise and leaves only sounds that are meant to be heard. This is comparable to what happens with the Frequency Filtered™ putter shaft. There are many different types of vibrations that occur when a putt is struck. Some of these vibrations are always there, but don’t provide the player any useful feedback about the putt. Like tuning-out the static noise on a radio, the Frequency Filtered™ shaft filters out these ‘static noise’ vibrations, leaving only vibrations that provide feedback about how the putt was struck.

This putter shaft is the fastest growing putter shaft on tour.  Michelle Wie won her first L.P.G.A Tour victory in Mexico 2009 with the UST Frequency Filter Putter Shaft.

CFC I-Bar Putter

What is the one club in your bag that you’re going to hit 36 times per round? It’s your putter of course.

Most golfers buy putters based of the golf channels “hottest thing going” or what they read in the magazines. (and the ones they think look really nice). The sad fact is most “Off the rack putters” have more than 4 degrees of loft. That is unacceptable in CFC’s opinion.

When you putt the ball, did you ever notice it bounces 2-3 times before it finally rolls? That bounce is costing you strokes and in some cases, skins?

Introducing the CFC-IAR Putter for 2010

  • Advanced multiple sightlines for easy alignment
  • Dual back weight screws for maximum perimeter stability
  • Face balanced for accuracy, feel and control
  • Micro-milled face and soft cast steel

The CFC-IBAR putter features a wide body design and multiple sightlines that enable you to visualize the putting line and stroke with ease. Perimeter weighted stability is enhanced by dual weights positioned at the rear of the putter that creates a deep and low center of gravity. The back weight screws combined with heel and toe weighted rails create a superior resistance to twisting during the putting stroke and at impact.

Maltby 304 Stainless Milled Putter Heads

The Maltby 304 Stainless Milled Putters are the premium quality you have come to expect from the Maltby brand of putters. Manufactured from SS304 Soft Stainless, these putters have an incredible feel and function. In fact, the Rockwell hardness rating of the Maltby 304 stainless is very similar to carbon steel.

These models are precision CNC skin milled to exact specifications. The face has a unique 3 way milling that insures a perfectly flat face and produces a truer roll. The Maltby 304 Milled Series offers 3 distinct body styles. The 02 model is a heel / toe straight line style with a 4.70" blade length and an offset hosel. The 03 model is a small mallet style with a 3.92" blade length and 90° bore, and the 04 model is a modern mallet style with a 4.18" blade length, the trademark Maltby “ball in motion” alignment system and a 90° bore for use with a double bend shaft.

All of the models have the slightly heavier head weights making them ideal for multiple playing lengths, from 32" up to belly lengths, without the need for additional weight. The added head weight also allows the use of heavier, oversized putter grips that have become popular without sacrificing swingweight. Our goal in developing the Maltby 304 Series of putters was to offer a line of putters that compares to the expensive OEM brands, without the exorbitant price. We believe we accomplished that goal.

  • Manufactured from soft 304 stainless steel for great feel and adjustability
  • Skin milled to precise specifications
  • 3 way face milling produces a truer roll
  • Heavier head weights offer great feel for a variety of putter lengths
  • Anti-glare finish
  • 3 body styles available – Model 02 Heel / Toe, Model 03 Small Mallet, Model 04 Modern Mallet
  • Higher MOI resists twisting on off center hits, producing a more online and on distance roll
  • Optimum 4° loft on all models
  • Custom assembly available
  • 02 model requires a straight putter shaft, 03 and 04 models require a double bend putter shaft (UMXTPP)
